Since 2005, Monkstown Church of Ireland Church has hosted a memorial service to remember children and young adults lost suddenly to a heart condition or sudden cardiac death. This year, it takes place on Sunday 24th November at 2pm in Monkstown, Church of Ireland Church, Monkstown, Co Dublin. (2pm to 3.30pm).
Everyone who has had such a loss is very welcome. We welcome people of all faiths and no faith to this service to remember your young family and friends lost to sudden cardiac death.
The service will include a candle lighting ceremony and reading of the names of lost loved ones.
You are welcome to bring a framed photo (table standing frame) of your loved one to be displayed if you wish.
Tea and coffee afterwards (at approx. 2.45 pm) in Knox Hall, across from the church – please join us.
